Product Information

Do my prints come ready to hang?
  • Yes. Your canvas prints arrive gallery wrapped around a thick wooded frame. Sawtooth hangers are provided, as a convenience, to allow you to hang your canvas in the orientation of your choice. 
  • Once you decide the direction you want your canvas to hang, place it face down on a padded or non-abrasive surface to protect the front. 
  • Attach the sawtooth hanger to your canvas with the serrated "teeth" of the hanger facing downwards by gently taping in with a hammer. These "teeth" allow the frame to hang on an ordinary nail or picture hook.
  • Measure from each side of the frame to the center to make sure the sawtooth hanger is centered.
  •  If you have an extra large canvas ensure the sawtooth hangers are measured and placed the same distance apart. 
  • If you have multiple canvases to hang together, ensure the sawtooth hooks are measured and attached on exactly the same spot on each canvas.

How do I care for my Prints?
  • To clean your canvas prints, vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment or soft cloth. 
  • Do not apply any cleaning solutions or water as this may cause the color to run or fade. Do not rub the surface of your print.
  • Do not hang outdoors or in areas of high humidity, direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. 
  • Canvas Prints a porous product and will expand and contract in extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • If you are moving your prints, make sure you always wrap it adequately with bubble wrap. Do not stack prints on top of each other unless they are safely wrapped.
  • Remember your print is a fragile item. Treat it as you would a piece of art.
 
What file format do my photos need to be in?
  • Your photos need to be in PNG or JPEG (.JPG) format.
  • Color profiles supported are sRGB and Adobe RGB (1998). Any other color profile will be ignored. Incorrect colors produced by using unsupported color profiles will not be refunded.
  • Color spaces supported are RGB and CMYK.
  • We recommend that your images be between 3-10MB.
What is the quality of the materials you use?
BlankWall uses only the best quality printing material, ink, frames, packaging and quality control process to ensure the product you receive has a professional finish and arrives in perfect condition. 

 

Account Information

Do I need to create an Account before I order?
No.  You don’t need to create an account to start ordering.  Just jump right in and create your product.  On checkout, you will be asked for your details and we will automatically create a user account with those details.

Having an account will enable you to access you order history and to track the progress of any of your orders.

You will be sent an email to confirm your membership. 

I have forgotten my password
Click on the “forgot your password?” link under the login details and confirm your email address. An email will then be sent to you with your password. You can then sign in.

Changing your account details
Login to your BlankWall account. From "Account Dashboard", click the "Edit" link beside "Contact Information", make any required changes and then click the "Save" button.

 

Order Information

How do I place an order?

You don’t need to create an account to start ordering. Just select the product you want and get started.

From there you upload your own photos (Jpeg or PNG format only) and start designing your layout in the design tool. When finished, preview your product before your buy.

Then add your order to the shopping cart and check out. You will be asked for all your details upon checkout or simply login and your saved will details will appear.

Can I save my order and complete it later?
Once you have finished editing your product, and have added it to the cart, it will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days. When you log back in during this time, you can review and complete your order. After 30 days orders left in your shopping cart will expire. 

I have a coupon code for a promotional offer. How do I redeem this?
On the Shopping Cart Page there is a Coupon Code box. Enter your coupon code in this box then click the “Apply Discount” button. Your discount will be automatically applied to your order. 

How do I pay for my order?
Once you have added all items to your shopping cart, you can then pay for your order using a credit card or PayPal Account. Payment must be made at the time you place your order.

Our payment process is provided by Eway or PayPal. The site is certified as a VeriSign Secure site, which encrypts data and transmits payment details over an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. SSL is a security protocol with which data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. The SSL connection is established automatically.

Can I cancel my order?
No. Due to the high automation of our online service, once your order has been paid for and completed online, it is automatically uploaded and cannot be cancelled.

I have not received a confirmation email of my order

Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your email program. If you cannot locate the email, please email customer care. Contact BlankWall

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order may take between 5-7 business days to produce, quality checked and packed ready for shipping.
From the time you place your order online, most orders will deliver within 10-15 business days, depending on thedelivery location and the shipping method selected. High volume production periods may delay delivery on your order.

 

What happens if I don’t receive my order or it is unsatisfactory or arrives damaged??
Don’t panic!  If you do not receive your order within a reasonable period of time (10-15 working days depending on shipping method chosen), please contact us immediately with your Order Number. We will make every effort to recover your order. Please contact our friendly and fabulous Customer Care Team via email at [email protected], live chat or by phone at 1 800 540-5729. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm (MST – Mountain Standard Time) and closed Sunday.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been placed?

If your order can be intercepted, UPS charges a $12 address change fee. This change fee will be passed on to the customer.Please note that there is not a guarantee that your order will be able to be stopped and rerouted. Contact customer care at1-800-540-5729 to inquire whether your package can be intercepted. The address change fee is at the discretion of UPS andis subject to change without notification.

What if I input the wrong shipping address into the website?

If your canvas order is returned to our facility due to the input of an incorrect shipping address, the $12 UPS return fee andthe reshipment fee will be need to be collected from you in order for your canvas to be reshipped to the proper address.

How is my order packaged?
Your order is carefully inspected for quality prior to packaging to ensure it is in perfect condition. Once approved for shipping your order is packaged in a foam pouch and placed in a custom made box for shipping. Any extra packaging required is also added depending on the product ordered.

Generally under copyright laws the owner of the copyright in images or photographs is the person who created the images or took the photographs. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner of the copyright or have the express permission of the owner of the copyright in the images or photographs which you submit to the service.
We claim no ownership rights in any images or photographs submitted to the service. Solely for the purpose of enabling your images or photographs to be uploaded and made available on the service and to fulfill print orders made for your images and photographs you grant to us and to any store which fulfills print orders of your images or photographs, a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive transferable royalty-free copyright licence to copy, reproduce, display, modify, adapt or alter, transmit, communicate and distribute to our staff your images or photographs.
You acknowledge that we have no control over the use of your images or photographs and shall not be held liable for any use, publication or copying of your images and photographs. You waive all rights of action or other claims you may have against us in respect of any such use, publication or copying.

 

Copyright Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In the event that we receive a written complaint alleging copyright infringement by a member, we will refer the complaint to the member concerned. It is the member's responsibility to resolve any such complaint. Should the member not resolve the complaint satisfactorily and advise us, in writing, of the resolution within seven (7) days of the date on which the matter was referred to the member (the "Referral Date"), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend the membership until such time as the matter is resolved. If we have not been notified within sixty (60) days of the Referral Date that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate the member's membership.
